The front office/management needs to improve their attitude. Anytime I come in even to ask a simple question I always greet the staff and instead of responding they will just stare at me like I’m stupid. Very rude and dismissive. I asked the manager a follow up question very nicely and she responded very rudely and rolled her eyes. This place has always hired the worst people.

I was giving false information. Waiting an entire month assuming I was going to move in only to end up with nothing. I made several trips to the office for the same paperwork that was already brought into the office and sent . Now I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my refund it took less than 30 seconds to take it out of my account. Beware .The property manager rude.Still waiting on my refund I been reaching out by phone & email the team taken longer to respond . It didn’t take no time to take it out of my account but its taken this long for a refund.I have emailed and spoke to numerous of people giving me different answers regarding my refund.I received the check then the company did a stop payment. Don’t trust this company.

Maintenance sucks, management SUCKS, pest control nonexistent. My 3 years have been nightmare after nightmare, only reason I stayed so long is because my child’s school was across street. 1000/10 would not recommend. Amenities (gym, pool, gate for community) hardly ever can be used. Jacked up rent to ridiculous amounts, and management tries to find any reason to evict you (tried to evict me for not completing recertification WHEN THEY WERE NEVER IN OFFICE WHEN I CAME)… don’t bother living here, anywhere else is better.

I lived here for 3 years and my experience was mostly enjoyable due to the close proximity of the elementary school and the relatively safe environment. There were a few issues here and there which is to be expected, but management was able to make things right in the end. This place has great potential.

Update: 3 months and they have still failed to provide me with my deposit refund. After I spoke to someone at corporate, they have failed to give any update. 3 months is more than an adequate amount of time to be refunded something I paid. I have contacted them for over 3 weeks to get my move out deposit and discuss the charges. I was given the corporate phone number and the regional manager information, Star Zachary. I will now proceed with making a complaint with the BBB. Just a heads up, ensure you keep all receipts, pictures, and videos at move out.
