Arbor Gates at Buckhead

I lived at Arbor Gates for a year. And decided to move back just one month after I moved out. The office staff is wonderful, especially Deborah. She made the application process easy and quick. Please call and ask for her. She’s great to lease with.

Deborah is the only thing that matters at Arbor Gates. God knows if it wasn’t for my awesome neighbor and Deborah taking so much initiative in the office I wouldn’t have lasted my first year. She has single handedly made my living at this property manageable. There are issues here like any other place though I can always count on things to get done properly when she’s involved. The property is pretty quiet and it’s normally clean (or atleast my building was).

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THERE Are plenty of apartments in the Buckhead area. Only do this if you are one step away from being homeless. There is a major problem with management Particularly Property Manager Leroy and the Assistant Property Manager Deedee. ASK THEM ABOUT THE Concession Fee in your lease. It basically means if You are late paying rent You will be charged late charges plus a percentage fee of your rent. They have a real problems with Rats, Ants and Roaches. Never lived in any community infested with Roaches like this. Search up all reviews and don’t just take my word for it. Don not think it’s an isolated problem. It’s an infestation over the entire community. This property is Old and no modern renovations have been made. They might as well turn this into HUD Housing.

I can’t say enough positive things about Ms Debbie, the Leasing Manager at Arbor Gates in Buckhead! She has gone above and beyond to make sure my daughter has everything she needs as she adjusts to living on her own for the first time. From going the extra mile to get her in an apartment in a desired location of the complex, secured parking garage, flexible move in date, to helping her set up her Ring camera, and answering any other question with patience and care, Ms Debbie has been an incredible resource. She even provided both my daughter and myself with an option to contact her directly which gives me peace of mind since I live out of state. I love this place. I lived here for over a year and I haven't had and bad experience. Ms. Deborah and Ms. Dee Dee is the best. Anytime I need something fixed it gets done. Only problem i have is guest parking, and Ms. DeeDee moving. Other then that I love it
