- leaks and flooding across apartment complex -maintenance emergency line is not operational - response time from management is horrible and not productive , when response is received - does not respond to insurance claims. Renters insurances stated they cannot get in contact with property manager in order to approve claim. But yet the lease states to file renters insurance for damages. - suggestion, get new staff that know what they are doing and equipped for emergencies - provide contact information for emergencies -this property is a lawsuit waiting to happen if they do not start making consistent awareness of tenant issues . - mind you, part of my issue has been taken care of , a month later… still waiting on the rest to be taken care of. In other words this apartment operates

Ms.Eunice and Ronald was spectacular when it came down to my move in! I highly recommend! Get your own view before you believe the bad reviews nice community ❤️

UPDATE : 3 weeks later and still nothing has been done to my floors they had a contractor come in called plant flooring they said all the floors in the apartment need to be replaced then he took a video lifting them up with his finger he said he’s certain there is mold under the flooring and said he was going to have his manager reach out to the property manager here in my maintenance history they marked it complete and put that they serviced my apartment which is a lie they have kept pushing it off and almost everyday I find something new in the apartment like how my patio door is falling apart.
