Absolutely ran by slum lord's. Management doesn't respond or even check the property. Management blames renter's for the unit's falling into disrepair. Code enforcement had to be called do to this. Rita Chavez manager issued three violations after code enforcement was called that happened long before. Just unprofessional conduct. And harassment along with emotional distress. Don't rent from these people unless you like rodents and giant roaches infesting everything you put in the apartment.

The Management is great here. The ones that I know. Rose in the office always responds fast when you need help and understands you. She’s great. The Maintenance guy responds fast as well and he’s a cool guy. All I can say is our Management now is great.

No animals other than dogs thank god but there are roaches minor compared to other places. The building itself is whats terrible along with management. The company as a whole needs to do better. Not surprising honestly. Decent location but beware if it ever floods because you'll be trapped. I only signed a lease because i was relocating short notice and they had short lease options.

Finally a great property manager. Someone who really cares. A real proffesional. She has made a real difference. I have been jere 10 years a things are better now than ever nefore. Thank you Ms Rita.

Well I tried talking to management aka Rosa and I can't cause she ignores me on purpose so how do I talk to management if they ignore? Can someone help? One more thing we in a pandemic why is your face cover under your chin Rosa? Are you above it I don't think so.
