I’ve had a wonderful experience looking at this apartment complex. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. The amenities are modern and thoughtfully designed, making everyday living both comfortable and convenient. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. A special thank you to the Efrain Rodriguez who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took his time to answer all my questions thoroughly, provided clear guidance, and ensured I felt confident every step of the way. His communication was prompt and transparent, which I truly appreciated.

Whenever I’ve had a questions she has handled it quickly and efficiently, always keeping me informed throughout the process. Recently toured the property and had such a great experience from start to finish. The community itself was beautiful especially the Pinellas Trail behind the property, the property was well-maintained, and very welcoming, but what truly made the visit stand out was Efrain who showed us around. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything the property has to offer. The tour was thorough, informative, and honestly made us feel excited about the possibility of living here. I've lived in this area for years and always in these kinds of nice units. Efrain and Phillip are the nicest managers that I ever had. The maintenance team is so kind and helpful. Jordan and Scott have helped me a lot as well as other members of the maintenance team. The units are only 3 years old and I haven't run into any mold issue like I have in other places. The neighbors are very friendly. The apartments are really nice and if you need any maintenance help, it gets resolved same day. The amenities are really nice.
