This community has been a great place to live. The entire area is consistently clean and well maintained, which makes a big difference in day-to-day comfort. It also feels very secure, and I appreciate the measures in place that help residents feel safe at all times. There are plenty of activities available, which creates a welcoming and engaging environment for everyone. I also want to highlight Luis, who was always extremely helpful. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, he responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism and willingness to help truly improved my overall experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and active place to live.

I’ve had a great experience living at Arabella City Center, and I’m truly happy to call this place home. The community is clean, well-kept, and conveniently located, but what really makes it stand out is the exceptional staff—especially Tiana in the leasing office. Tiana is always accommodating, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to help with anything we need. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with paperwork, or resolving small issues, she handles everything with professionalism and a warm attitude. Her support has made our experience here stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, we’re very happy living at Arabella City Center and truly appreciate the excellent service, especially from Tiana. They’ve all been incredibly helpful, professional, and consistently on top of everything. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. Their communication is clear, their follow-through is solid, and they make living here a truly hassle-free experience. It’s rare to find a team that is both personable and efficient, but they manage to be both. I genuinely appreciate all their hard work and dedication to keeping our community running smoothly. I’ve lived in Arabelle for almost a year and it’s honestly one of the cleanest and best-kept places around. Yes, they’re strict about balcony rules and trash, (they will def fine) but that’s exactly what keeps the community looking so nice .. otherwise people would ruin it. While the clubhouse hasn’t been open during the year I’ve lived here and the gym was just remodeled, it’s clear management is constantly working to keep everything tidy and improving the property. The pool has looked super nice year round too. Luis has always been incredibly helpful, and Joel from maintenance is amazing.. he responds fast and usually fixes issues the same day or by the next day at the latest. Overall, it’s a great community and, no offense, better than any of the surrounding complexes.
