This is a small, clean, safe, and peaceful community. The office staff, Sulma and Cherelie, provide excellent customer service and are always attentive to our needs with kindness. Mr. Terry, always smiling, greets you like an old friend and takes care of any issues or service requests promptly and professionally. Living here has been a wonderful experience.

Finally got to experience Aquahart Manor for myself. It has been absolutely amazing here. It’s so quiet at night, don’t believe me just drive here yourself at night. No bugs in your apartment. All concerns addressed quickly. Well maintained community and all the buildings are very clean. This is a tucked away community, so when you find it...it’s like you found a pot of gold.

Approaching two years in this community, I truly have enjoyed my experience living here. Aquahart Manor Apartments definitely have a stellar representative in property management with Ms. Sulma. She is very actionable on taking care of issues within the community, and, within reason, she is very understanding of life’s challenges with her tenants. The community is always clean, and the housekeeping and maintenance staff are always top-notch. Anyone looking for an affordable, well-kept, and QUIET community, Aquahart Manor is the place for you!
