Aqua Apartments

Moved into Aqua last week and have enjoyed every moment. Jenesis and Jennifer have made this process super smooth. Unfortunately I got sick and I had to move my move in date. They were super accommodating with this and arriving a little late to move in. Jenesis was happy to stay and show me my apartment, which I was happy to say looked just like the model. Once I got my furniture moved in it made me feel like I was at home. My neighbors are super kind and welcoming. I also like that the apartments are quiet, has a washer and dryer inside, a little porch, and convenient to so many restaurants, shopping, and highways. Occasionally I do hear my neighbors but it is not super loud or often. I knew this was home as soon as I walked in to the model and I am so glad to be here. I am happy to call

After living here for a while, I wanted to give an honest review… Aqua is a great complex with amazing staff. Jennifer and Jenesis go above and beyond to ensure this complex feels like home. I could not be more grateful for this community. Moving here has been such a blessing to my family. I would absolutely recommend any one to move here!

I’ve lived here now for a year and some months. They have new management in the office that I just love. Specifically, Jennifer, the property manager. She helped me upgrade to a two bedroom and all my concerns and issues were handled with care. She makes me feel at ease even when I have any issues that come up, so I just wanted to make sure she is appreciated for being great at her job!
