I was matched with this company through a lender. The appraisal report listed my 4BR house in good condition as worth $60K LESS than an undeveloped vacant lot of comparable acreage across the street that recently sold. Instead, this appraisal report shows a comparable in the next town over with far different tax/ school/ neighborhood/ geography/ crime statistics. I can't believe I had to pay $700 for this worthless report. Stay away from this company if you are looking for an accurate appraisal. Note - the 5 star review here from 2021 is from a poster with the same last name as the employees of this firm.

I had an appointment for today (02/07/2021) for an appraisal at 1:15pm. 2:15pm and no sign of my appraiser, so I call to find out what might be going on, perhaps a mistake or trouble locating my address. No answer. 2:25pm I get a call back. I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled. When I asked why, David simply said "I don't know." This type of unprofessionalism is untolerable. I began my refinance process in October, and it should not take this long to get an appraisal, Covid or not. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, David did not seem to care at all.
