Very comfortable from the beginning. I met Sara a few years ago just by chance as we had recently moved into this neighborhood. Learned she was a broker and knew if we ever did purchase again....we're calling our "neighbor" and, of course, we liked her a lot! Randomly connected with Sara while starting to look for a home. Had a handful of conversations as i wasn’t sure what I wanted, house, condo, etc. Sara was always very responsive and helpful. In a very short amount of time after only looking at 2 other homes we were able to find a place that just went in the market. We looked at it that first Day and made an offer and they accepted the following morning. Couldn’t be happier! Great process and communication and understanding of the market!!
