Great customer service and outstanding turnaround time. Michael was professional, friendly and understanding to the need I had to get my house appraised quickly. I made the call to Michael on Friday, by Monday I had someone out to appraise the house and the report by the end of the week. The report was accurate and helped me get my taxes lowered. There isn't a better appraiser that exist. The rates were reasonable and worth every penny! I will be recommending Appraisals by Michael to all of my clients.
