Very poor. Purchased a new home in Frisco ISD. After 2 years, an appraisal required for refinancing came back below what we paid for the home - in an appreciating market. The appraiser only took the land survey (Little Elm) as the basis for the valuation and ignored the properties nearby. The home prices for all homes in our subdivision were set to sell based on Frisco ISD, which is why I chose to make the purchase. Appraisal had numerous mispellings, which leads me to believe that it was completed in a hurry. Estimate on Zillow shows home has appreciated.
