This is Suzzanne Watson and I'd like to give a shout out to Kelly and staff once again. On my past three investments, Kelly's expert calculations have brought an additional 70K. So when I sold my personal home this last month and the buyer's appraisal came in low, I called Kelly. Brandi answered and called Kelly immediately and within a few days she found 4 issues with their appraisal and long story short we won the appeal netting us another 40K.
