My brother T. Mears inherited a property located within the community. I have stayed here for only two years outside of my own personal negative experiences with Noisy Neighbors Managing our late Father’s property the neighborhood is quiet. Property is Now Managed By Management Company DO NOT contact us directly. (This Property is Not in Association with Apartment Complex)

The management is renovating all the apartments and buildings putting in new floors carpets appliances and overall just beautification this place. It's quiet and easily accessible just off Washington Rd. The staff Mr. Dwayne was so very helpful and patient. My brother got in with his roommate. The rent is affordable.

Do not move here! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE! The Young adults (AKA YN’s) hang out all day and night and watch you go in and out of your apartment. I’m not even a resident and I did not feel safe one bit and I have a permit to carry, It’s not safe there and it’s definitely not worth 1200.00 more like 12 pesos. Peace of mind is not cheap. Ijs and no one wants to end up on the local News. I give this place 0 stars and if management or owners don’t do something about it, these apartments won’t be around much longer. In the 90’s and 2000 this place was not like this. It use to be very nice area.

These people are are crooks, I put down my deposit plus admin fee 1200.00 total, and kept getting told my apartment was still being worked on. After 3 months of this, a new guy came in and said they are under new management and I cannot get my refund, I have tried calling who ever I could to get my refund since I never got an apartment that I paid for, still no refund. I have been living in their Southern Grace apartments off of Boy Scout road since July of 2016. During the initial walk through I pointed out a few issues like the bath tub cracking on the floor and peeling paint in the tub. Also there is a spot in the roof in the dining area where it looks like a repair was made. I asked about it because I have past carpentry experience and I was told that the problem was fixed. They told me that the tub will be fixed. It is now May 10,2018. I'm in my second lease and the tub has not been fixed. The spot in the roof has been leaking since February/2018. I reported this to the office staff and I was told that i would be out on a repair list. After not being contacted for a while, I asked again and was told that they were looking for a roofer. The
