Jay and the gentleman who took pictures when they came to do our home appraisal were very professional, thorough, and let us know what we needed to take care of for our VA loan. When they came back the 2nd time to check on a few minor things they gave us positive feedback about hiw quick we were able to fix the minor issues. Thank you both very much!
We were very disappointed with this company. We actually switched to another company because of how we were treated. Jay was very rude to us and inappropriate. After talking with another company, they shared with us they have heard this from other customers.
