Appian Way Apartments

My family has had a very negative experience with Appian Way Apartments. The unit was dirty, moldy, and infested, and management did not properly address these issues. The management staff, particularly Shaletta, was misleading and unprofessional. She claimed my mother was late on rent four different times, which was not true. Our records show rent was paid on time, and when September rent was due, management blocked us from making a partial payment and insisted on the full amount at once, even though we were actively trying to pay. It felt like management was intentionally creating obstacles to prevent my mother from moving forward with her housing situation. Communication was unclear, inconsistent, and stressful. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone look

Do not waste your time with this apartments complex, we put a work order in almost going on 2months about AC and Fans not working in apartment. My wife call and spoke with someone and told them about it and their response was we have to deal with it we have tooking pictures, screenshot of maintenance request. What is the purpose of charging $1636 for rent and your tenant aren't comfortable. I will be contacting the Housing Authorities first thing in the morning trying to be respectful but it seems like it's not working, strongly recommend that the fire marshals, building inspector and the local news to investigate this property and management.

Trust me — save your money. You do not want to live here. The new company that took over Appian Way clearly does not care about their tenants. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them about issues going on with the property — no one answers the phone, and my voicemail messages have gone completely ignored. At this point, I’m done trying to be nice. The news station has been made aware of the situation. Let’s see if they respond to that.

Save ya money… they nasty they don’t like answering phones house been broke into had people squatting and 3months later they finally fixed my door after telling them in August, kids be knocking and running smh

After completing the application process and getting approved for an apartment at Appian Way is very very slow. You give them all the information they ask you for plus more and it's like a back and fourth ongoing process. I've never been through this kind of issue it's ridiculous. The staff has been nice so far but I'm being as patient as I can. Others are telling me it seems like a SCAM. I've been waiting on an apartment over four weeks. I am very unsatisfied with this ongoing process. I've been getting my hopes up because of being told I should be getting my keys for the apartment this day or that. Not to mention the money for the apartment is already in there HANDS! IM STARTING TO BELIEVE THAT THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE TRUE ABOUT APPIAN WAY
