Ray is AMAZING!!! Always very helpful for whatever we need. We have leased space from and through him and he's given us some awesome referrals for other lines of business that we needed for our commercial project. He's very active in the McKinney community serving in on the board of non-profits and has his finger on the pulse of Mckinney... I HIGHLY recommend Ray and Apian team for everything Commercial RE Related!

Contacted Preston and he was very quick to get me a list of potential properties based on the criteria I sent to him. Days go by with no follow up on email (despite my many pings) so, I assume he's ghosted me. I leave a poor review, here, stating as much, and he gets back to me the following day explaining that these things take a while to work out, I understand his viewpoint, and remove the poor review at his request. Days go by, the ten days he said it would take to get details of potential properties elapse, after twelve I follow on and he has two potential properties from the lost I had sent him. By that point, we has revised some of the specifics of what we were looking for and these two properties did not meet the latest requirements. I pass these new requirements on to him and go

This company is not known to return calls and do not answer calls as well. I have tried to reach an agent by the name of Ray for over a month to lease office space at Adriatica in McKinney, but couldn't get with him. When I finally got to talk to someone, the leasing agent by the name Karen, she was very rude and sarcastic with me. Was not helpful in any way at all. The office spaces I was able to see were dirty, filthy, and needed to be painted. It even needed new carpet. I would not recommend Appian Commercial at all.
