The audacity to even be in business, the home had bugs when I arrived but I get charged for bringing them. They just take the security deposit by adding false chargers that sum up to the deposit.

Very unprofessional, I enjoyed working with my landlord but the property management employees were immature for their age and took power trips. Make sure you have the right people representing you because they could have caused my landlord a lot of money in the long run if we had to go to court. It’s very evident they dislike their Job.

My wife found the house, and the people that work there are really nice. I like the personal relationship with the owner. He will call personally if there is a problem, and my calls were always returned. they are very helpful, and the maintenance guy is really nice and professional.

The application fee is still $150, law changed last year where you couldn't charge no more than $50/ $55 to the most. Then when you aren't approved, they keep the money. Highway robbery is what it is.$150 per person, then enough people apply, get denied. The more money they pocket.

Call them looking for their website that once you click on it it tells you that they are basically a scam anywho I move forward called into the office and see if I can come in to fill out an application and the lady was very rude and disrespectful not help at all 😡
