Apex Management

I rented for several years before buying a house and Apex Management was by far the best management company I worked with. Jaime is fantastic and goes above and beyond. Most of their properties are pet friendly which is uncommon and was a blessing for me and my two dogs. Thanks so much for all you did!

I strongly suggest avoiding Apex Management group when it comes to looking for a home/apartment in the ABE area. They knowingly moved me and my 3 yr old into a place infested with not 1, but 4 different kinds of insects. Ants, spiders, millipedes, and roaches. & I’m now homeless as I wait for a court date because I refuse to live with bugs. They don’t want to give me my money back & they don’t want to break the lease. The apartment is completely vacant aside from the BUGS living there & they still expect me to pay rent. Unbelievable and ILLEGAL .

This place is a JOKE ! I called lvm and For the LAST 3 weeks and NOBODY RETURNS YOUR CALLS . I sent a inquiry as well NOTHING ANSWERED, Then on Monday I called Finally got a answer from some lady At Ext # 4 and I asked her about a unit and she act like she didn’t know if the unit was available or not she had to ask someone else in the office and get back to me “ “ Ha “ it’s now Wednesday no calls or nothing from this company maybe it’s sign NOT TO RENT FROM THEM

They are a pretty good property management. I have a girl assigned to my building - Jamie who is awesome. I text her any problems and they deal with it. They offer online free automatic payments so I don’t have to worry about mailing or dropping off a check. They are pretty fair. In the past there were issues but like someone else said it could of been the landlord not wanting to pay so they didn’t approve the management co to proceed.

We have been tenants in the Legacy building since 2016. There were issues until Apex Management took over. Mart Atkinson is extremely professional and responsive (even on weekends!). Any problem was dealt with immediately. The building is nicely decorated, clean, rent is extremely reasonable. Another great feature is the more than ample parking. There are actually three lots to choose from. The Legacy building is located in a safe location and I give Apex 5 STARS for their hard work striving to constantly make improvements.
