Maintenance requests actually get done fast and fully now, and the staff in the office is super helpful and friendly. They don’t just brush you off—they really try to help and follow up to make sure you’re happy. Hailee is amazing!! And Freddie is the best maintenance guy I’ve ever known at any apartment complex. There’s a ton of work being done around the property, but rents haven’t gone up, which is rare. It feels like you’re getting the upgrades without the crazy price tag. The apartments have open floorplans, big walk-in closets, and decent space overall. For the price, you won’t find anything else like it in Hoover. I have been living at Elevation Hoover, now known as Apex Hoover, since June 2022. The previous management team does not compare to the wonderful team we have now. The Property Manager, Hailee, and her assistant, Sharon, are both lovely people who genuinely care about the residents. The engineering team is outstanding—Freddy, the maintenance chief, is top-tier, and his team, Jay and West, are just as dependable. They also have a plumber on-site whose name I don’t know, but he is always kind and considerate. When the new team first came on, I was cautious because of past experiences with the old maintenance crew, who often made things worse instead of better. For the years I have lived here, the maintenance team has exceeded my expectations. Their individual skill and knowledge are instrumental to the team. It definitely shows in their timely response to any emergency as well as their quality of work. They have made both minor and major repairs to my apartment in a matter of minutes. Some even showing up on their off day to take on a task. I commend them on their dedication to a job well done. Of course I can't forget about our wonderful management staff Hailee and Shannon. Pulling a property from the Darkness into the light can be demanding and frustrating This is to acknowledge an outstanding maintenance team at Apex of Hoover. Wesley and Jay have proven that there are still Quality Maintenance technicians available today with the ability to care about their property. The ability to care is the ability that drives attention to detail . My move in process was absolutely smooth. I wanna give credit to Shannon and her manager because they both went above and beyond to ensure i was able to get an apartment available and ready to move in within a short period of time.
