Apartments Northwest

Forever grateful for Apartments Northwest! We lived here for over 8 yrs and loved this clean and quiet property. Owner and office staff were always super nice and helpful. Maintenance is always on top of any issues and plenty of parking. Property has 3 laundry mats and a playground for little ones. Lots of restaurants and shopping conveniently located with in walking distance. 1-3Bed are reasonably priced.

Everything is minutes away. From fast food to HEB and Walgreens. Excellent customer service in the office. Kind and courteous staff is always prompt to help fix any issues with our unit. Maintenance is very knowledgeable and reliable. Any time I see units ready for move in I always recommend Apartments Northwest. The three laundry rooms on property are always clean and there's plenty of parking.

This place is by far terrible and super infested with roaches. Me and my spouse lived there for 3 years and every year the rent went up magically like if the new owner didn’t want us to have our old lease rent payments it went from $850 to $1050 our last year once the new manager came along she super lazy and very mean we noticed our last year our apartment because super infested which got me super sick and put me in the hospital because i got pneumonia. Long story short the new manager is very rude and not a good person so we called 311 and she got mad that we went that route and evicted us this place is just disgusting.

I've lived in this apartment complex for a few years now and it's a great place to live. Nice a quiet neighborhood. The manager and maintenance are friendly and hardworking; the grounds are always clean and well-kept. I don't think I'd want to live anywhere else in the city.

Great place to live, minutes from the med center. Located on the via main line easy access to San Antonio college, wonderland mall , and USAA. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and responsive they take care of all work orders in a timely manner the office staff is great o never had any issues in the 10+ years that I lived here.
