Apartments at Waterford

Just moved out with my significant other and we had very much enjoyed our time at the apartment. Everyone was friendly and nice. We went to move out and deep cleaned for 3 1/2 hours and we had expected to get some of our security deposit back, nope, they stated we owed them $1,080,64 for carpet replacement and other assorted cleaning. I lived there for 3 years even and the carpet was brand new when I moved in. There was two of us and 2 cats. I know we did not destroy or ruin the carpet to the need of getting it replaced. Could you see some walkways we used daily on the carpet, sure. Would replacing them with carpet patches/squares have worked absolutely. Now they are saying we owe them all this money for an apartment we took great care of and never complained or missed a payment.

The neighbors do not bother, you feel order and tranquility. And the maintenance team is the best. When repairing something, they do not waste time and invest in putting it in new if necessary. Their green areas are always clean and they trim them every week. The communication service is only by email. In the office where the contract is filled out it is only for that.

I just recently moved in and love my apartment. So far everything has been awesome and the staff has been great with communication!

Sept 2024 Customer service is lacking. Hit and miss at the office some people go above and beyond and others don’t enjoy working with people at all make zero effort. Only been here 1 months and it obviously seems like there is a Karen sending no reply emails who works here who enjoys complaining. So when your moving in expect to be harassed a few times. If your tenant is moving in leave them alone. - Up date as of Nov 2025 between October and September someone walks around and complains about what’s in your yard they also come inside your house in every room twice a year. Maintenance team are really kind. Zero water sprinklers fyi that’s why there are the inspection s in fall close to winter time frame. I don’t have central air conditioning- I also have heating boards - AC runs me about 17

The maintenance team are very professional, they try to get to action within a reasonable time frame, Rayanne often provides timely updates when there are delays and this to me shows they value and respect their tenants.
