Apartments at Holly Crest

Don’t waste your time! I toured Holly Crest early January, I thought the apartment complex was beautiful. Glenny was my tour guide & she was a little rude/standoff-ish at first but started to be a little more welcoming upon the tour. I ended up loving the apartment I toured and decided to apply while also signing a lease for the apartment. At first I was under the impression I was getting the exact apartment I toured but that wasn’t the case. A week later I received an email from the complex trying to show me what other apartments are on the market & felt rushed to pick a new apartment but wasn’t sure as to why. Holly Crest is absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I love the community and the location! A major shopping center is only a short walk away and the beautiful apartment grounds make that walk even more worth it! Kimberly was so helpful and happily answered all of our millions of questions and we would totally recommend her to anyone else interested in applying!

I chose to apply to Holly Crest for several reasons. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the units are beautiful, modern, and well-lit. The amenities are good and ones I enjoy using. Above all, the leasing staff is wonderful to work with. Gleny is so kind and eager to help. The other staff members also make sure that those waiting are helped. The environment in the leasing office gives me confidence that my concerns will be heard and addressed.

We just toured Holly Crest with Gleny ! And I was in awe with all the amenities and resident activities they have to offer! We were warmly welcomed and was able to see how attentive she was with the residents! Not to mention how beautiful the apartment was and location of the complex is close to everything! We ended up deciding this apartment is for us and decided to lease! Super excited to be able to move in! Gleny you’re awesome! Thank you for being amazing

This community is absolutely beautiful. The apartments feel so much bigger than some others and I am obsessed with the oversized windows, closets, and to the ceiling cabinets with built in wine rack. The grounds are always clean and the staff has always been so friendly. Holly Crest checks all the boxes.
