Front desk is always willing to help and welcomes to assist me every time, whenever I need it, with no attitude and never threaten to turn me away for next time I need assistance in the office especially with their parcel system. Maintenance team made it possible to have parts and repairs done just in time for Thanksgiving. Stove works like it's brand new in time for the holidays. Thanks guys for a job well done! This is a great place to live. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and in a quiet, safe environment. It’s conveniently located close to the mall, restaurants, and my workplace, which makes daily errands and commuting very easy. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-kept community and a very nice place to live.

The maintenance team has been excellent. Every issue we submitted was addressed quickly and professionally, and the work was done thoroughly and correctly. The mechanics are super cool and get the job done. When you call they answer, and it can be early in the am or late at night. These brothers get the job done exceptional. They keep the grounds looking beautiful and clean. Sometimes it is hard with some of the tenants, yet team work makes the dream work.
