Apartments at Bridgeport

PRO:Love my apartment, it is solid, very nice and spacious, quiet, and peaceful, the floors are very beautiful in the apartment and kitchen bathroom and rooms are updated and pretty. The walls are very hard, if you want to hand pictures get a command hook CON:the hallways and outside should be kept more clean but, other than that over all great place, CON:There are some instances when the hot water and heat have issues, but other than that is a nice and safe quiet place to live PRO Management is efficient as well and always answers the phone and are open to all questions There is no parking or laundry onsite but the laundry is very close in vicinity.

Hello BGM. It's 2025 and I'm expecting my rent to go up once again. I don't know why you chose Bridgeport of all places to buy up all the property you can and raise the rent up to ridiculous amounts. It lacks so much compassion. Especially when there are no improvements to the quality of life or anything here at 2209 main street. I'm trapped. I don't make enough money to save up and move and the rent being raised every year is trapping me even further. You succeeded in trapping me as a loyal tenant who pays their rent on time. Congratulations. Not that any other apartments are cheap here in Bridgeport. Can't win. I have no idea what will happen when this rent goes up to 1300 as I'm sure it will. Maybe even worse. Every year you raise the rent so will it ever stabilize?? I don't think so.

Great apartment. I don't even mind walking up two flights of stairs. It's quiet and the tenants are respectful. Easy to communicate with the landlord management and they are prompt getting things done.

I love my new apartment despite what people may say and what it may look like at times but, its well organized management is great they are only a call away. Oh and the apartments are big and beautiful! Thank you !

The words there saying is not true,and they change management every six months. And the heat and hot water comes on every other day. NO LAUNDRY ROOM I use to live there.
