Apartment Property Management Services

This company provided me with spectacular services. My stay in the apartments they manage was fabulous. Work order would get done within a 24 hour period. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

I have continued to call daily to speak to someone with this company about the negligence of one of their property managers, and NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS OR EMAILS. I’m appalled that the owners of this company would allow their property manager at oak reserve apartments(roger carpenter) to act this way and treat his tenants in such manner. DONT EVER RENT WHERE THERE COMPANY IS IN CHARGE!

Never answers the phone. For people who live in their Apartments who they so call manage. Cant get anyone on the line. Phone hangs up everytime. I wouldn't even move into an apartment if their name is On it (Sands At St.Lucie)

This company is a scam you move into there apartment you paid your money up front and when it's time for you to get back your deposit back persons in the office don't answer the phone and they give you a run around I am about to publish this company on channel 7 news to let people done do business with this company do not live at Cypress Grove apartment in fort Lauderdale Florida they persons in the office they are scammers they r take your deposit and they give you the run-around it's been 4 months I've moved out and can't get my money back I worked very hard to let my $500 go down the drain and I'm going to call all the legal author ities in to get my money back .

Excellent service, they were very helpful with everything!! Very professional and caring about their customers. I’d recommend it!!
