Apache Rock Apartments

I love the gym It is a spacious and clean. The property always seems to be clean and I really like that there’s not so much Noise I also like that you need a card to access the building. I think that’s pretty neat.

If you're just looking for a place to lay your head and don’t expect much from management, this could work. It’s a newer community with only about 75 units across two buildings, so you'd think service would be decent but that’s not the case. There’s no on-site maintenance, so you’ll need to double, even triple-check that your work orders are being handled. The digital front door directory primarily only works if you have your key card handy. (same weight and size as a debit card) so its not really convenient for door access. & If you forget it even in the middle of the day you’ll be locked out for a while unless a neighbor lets you in, and with so few residents, you'll sometimes be standing there for a while. Also only one building has the directory code, the other building only has card

The apartments are nice! They are new builds so everything is new! The best washer/dryer combo we've had in all the valley. The apartment manager, Maggie, was excellent! She was able to get us into an apartment quickly. They are still in the process of tidying up the amenities, which Im personally looking forward to the gym getting it's equipment. My dogs love the apartments and are so excited for the dog park that they're putting in in the back. Highly recommend!

Maggie is a good & attentive leasing agent. It a quiet and smaller complex. Great washer/dryer combo. Zero Complaints.
