Apache Apartments

This place is Brilliant the office manager is the absolute best in the world, like she lays it down for the Company and even more for her Residents . The maintenance guys are awesome too

I use to love this property, lived here for 2 years until Daybreak Property Management took over, had to break my lease to escape.

Feels like a brand new apartment. Really close to campus. They are pet friendly too. (No pets allowed on campus) The new outdoor areas are a nice addition.

I usually don't post reviews... and when I do, I usually don't post about apartments. Mostly because they come along so infrequently. They're also mostly the same experience. However, they went above and beyond in ways I'm not accustomed to from front offices. Aside from a handful of missed maintenance appointments and some MINOR landscaping issues, (some unraked leaves, etc.) everything was quite smooth. Friendly staff. I tried to stick to things they can control. I don't blame them for loud neighbors and tenants who don't follow the rules. That's every apartment complex.

Place is terrible. Dog poop everywhere.cigarrettebuds everywhere. The dumpster at the parking smell so bad. Problems with neighbors/loud music's. Not everyone had leash on their dogs. On going problems. Apartment is just pass 700sq so very tiny for two bath one bath. There is no pool no playground or small park. They are raising rent to almost 1500 a month now for nothing. Before change of management old management promises and told us we will be downstairs now like to us and put us upstairs. New management is not gonna help us but just raising rent almost 1000more. I had couple people I know I was gonna have them apply here but mind is changed to another side.
