Anthos Coldwater

This is our first apartment and I can honestly say we have not had any of the horrible experiences that we have heard from family and friends about apartment living. The front staff are AMAZING, always in communication and there if you have questions. They are eager to help! Maintenance staff are AMAZING! They respond in a timely manner, never waited more than 48 hours. The apartment themselves are spacious, clean, and beautiful. Perfect for us and our two children. It feels more like a resort stay than an apartment. All the residents are respectful, friendly, and thus far helpful. It really feels like a community where people actually look out for one another and talk. I would not go anywhere else as I will always compare apartments to this standard that Anthos has provided.

This apartment complex is like living at a resort. There are a number of amenities. The staff is friendly and aim to please. The property is manicured and clean. There are beautiful trees and other foliage, a gorgeous clean pool, and lovely walkways with gazebos scattered here and there. My favorite thing is the large pond full of koi, turtles, and mallards. Larger birds such as herons also visit. The office even supplies fish and turtle food. The neighbors are friendly with all different age groups residing here. I highly recommend Coldwater Creek Apts!

Love living here! Wonderful amenities, great staff, clean grounds. I love the pool, gazebo and grilling area. The theater room is my favorite! They do regular resident events to show appreciation. There’s a pet spa station, dog park, car station that is covered and free.

The ENTIRE staff is phenomenal!! They make you feel right at home & you can tell they love their job! I’ve never been so happy to be apart of a community. I also have to add that Mrs. Carla helped me out tremendously! I was able to move in & I absolutely love it! Thank you again for everything! 2 month update & they are still AWESOME!!
