Fantastic apartment! I love being able to see LI Sound, the Q Bridge and city lights from every room. The windows are extraordinarily tight - zero traffic noise! I love the layout: the kitchen is perfect for cooking and an over-size island allows folks to hang out; living room, bedrooms and bathrooms are also good sized. Stainless GE appliances in the kitchen and full-size washer/dryer make living here easy. There is a gorgeous patio and pool with outdoor kitchens, grills, a fire pit and plenty of seating/relaxing spaces. The gym and common spaces are tasteful, clean and inviting. The management team is on-site, friendly and always helpful. Truly great people. And you can’t beat the neighborhood! Multiple cafes, bars, restaurants, food markets are within a block or two, not to mention Woo

I previously registered my pet as an emotional support animal, paid the registration fee, and now, almost 8 months later, the $35 pet fee has been reinstated. Furthermore, an unexplained $9.25 "income fee" had been added to rent. I explicitly only did not pay those two fees because they are illegal and breaking contract. Days later, the billing system has obfuscated the fees due, reducing the pet fee to 23.34, claiming i did not pay my water fee, and changing the "income fee" to a $5.25 "fee income," which in itself is a renaming of the administrative fee. These illegal accounting tricks are shady and predatory business practices, and adding those increases across hundreds of units effectively squeezes extra thousands of dollars from renters a month; and tens of thousands of dollars a year

Moved here from TN, and needed a place fast. Hannah was so easy, and answered every question I had. Overall, one of the nicest places I've viewed while being on a budget. Close to the train station, quite, and walking distance to almost everything. *UPDATING MY REVIEW* I want to begin by stating that I have had ongoing issues linking my bank account to RentCafe. I’ve reported this multiple times to the front desk and even directly to the property manager. Despite my repeated efforts, including sending two certified cashier’s checks that were reportedly never received, I was still issued an eviction notice by the U.S. Marshals. This is absolutely outrageous. To make matters worse, my washer has been broken since October 10th, when I first submitted a maintenance request. It is now Octobe

Woafa has made the process so smooth and seamless for me. I must have emailed her 10 times today and each time she was gracious and welcoming. I’m moving from a community I love and have been so apprehensive as I felt spoiled by the level of service extended by that team and Woafa has managed to put those fears to rest and I am so looking forward to living at Anthem Square 10! Additionally, it is quite a beautiful complex but as we all know “people make the difference” Looking forward to move in day! Best, John DeSarbo

My partner lives here, so I spend quite a bit of time in the building. The apartments themselves are spacious with great natural light, and the location is excellent — walking distance to downtown and transportation. Key fob access inside the building feels secure, and the common areas are decorated with quality furniture and kept looking fresh. Free parking is a big plus, and the onsite staff are professional, keeping the lobby looking fresh and well-maintained.. That said, the overall “luxury” impression doesn’t always carry through. The garage doors sag presenting a low-value look, the sign above the front entrance is cheap/basic, and the daily hose watering by the entrance leaves puddles that take away from the polish look. Inside the building, noise from above travels easily, hallway
