Anthem on Ashley Apartments

Big fan of the leasing office staff that manage the day to day of the property. Morgan, Holly, and Frederick are all on top of your needs once you tell them, and they can remember your context without a screen in front of them, showing their truly care about your needs. Also really appreciate how the maintenance staff will address your issue within 24 hours, it builds a lot of confidence that any interruptions will be fixed swiftly

The complex is very conveniently located, and the views of the city and O4W park are beautiful. Leasing manager Holly is great but you just can’t run an apartment complex with one person. They need to hire 2-3 more full time staff to help with leasing, tours, and maintenance issues to keep up with everything. The elevators are out of service more than half the time and even when they are operational, they are super slow. The parking spaces are super tight and limited.

I moved into the property in 2017 when the building was new and very clean with the original management company. I have lived here long enough to witness all of the changes, the office phone lines not working, the pool closures, the main fire alarm going off all hours, the stairwells and the parking garage being used for dog bathrooms, bags of bad smelling trash on the floor in the hallways all day, doors not secured in the parking garage and open parking garage gates. There have been safety issues driving in and out of the parking garage on Ashley as construction vehicles and other parked cars block one entire lane where you enter and exit the Anthem parking garage. This means there is only one lane open for traffic traveling in opposite directions at the entrance and exit of the “gated”

Would not recommend. I have lived here for over a year and it was great at first, now we haven’t had both elevators working at the same time (on opposite sides of the building) for more than 30 days out of the last 5 months. Packages were getting stolen so they moved to fetch which now pretty much eliminates the ability to overnight a package. Cars get broken into and there’s normally dog pee in at least one of the stairwells.

We’ve had a great experience since moving in. The apartments have nice finishes, and the location is excellent. Holly was wonderful to work with when we were touring! She was helpful, friendly, and able to find the perfect unit for us.
