Antelope Gardens Apartments

If you enjoy pet bats, short cycling heaters, and neighbors that slam the doors all the time, this is the place for you. Within the first week I moved in, I came home from work to find a bat flying at my head. I called maintenance to remove it & they told me I had to catch it first. 😮‍💨 The hallway doors do not soft shut so if you let them go they will slam. My neighbors did this constantly. During the Nebraskan winter, my heater continued to short cycle with no end. If you don't know that will make your electricity bill go sky high. I give it a 2 star only due to the close vicinity to a walking trail.

I have lived at Antelope garden apartments for a little over 2 years now. I love living here for the most part. The new management has been super nice and very understanding with things. If there are any problems they usually check it out right away. Honestly I am not sure I could have found a better place, in a better area, for a better price!

I lived here for a year and left as soon as I could. At first it was really nice because we had a spacious apartment, however, it was very dark and gloomy. We were paying the extra amount of rent to have access to a pool that was not open the entire time we lived there. Our neighbors above us were EXTREMELY loud and nothing was done about it. Throughout those freezing cold winter months our furnace broke at least once a week. We contacted maintenance several times and it was never fixed. The next thing we knew, there was an eviction notice in our doorway. They stated that we were in violation of our lease and if we didn’t fix it within the next 14 days we would need to evict. There was no specification of what we were in violation of. I contacted the office manager every day within that 14

I lived here a year, wish it was longer if I could. I moved for personal reasons. Apartments are nice and well cared for as well as large. The process in and out was wonderful. The price was nice. Central heat and air a plus. Maintenance was always prompt and professional. Location was good. It was close to many things.. And right next to walk/ bike trails. Nights were always quiet. Fox like to go through there if you are up at night. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Just starting my 3rd year living here. Everyone's been so nice and accommodating. The office staff has been very friendly. Maintenance is really quick about getting to fix things. They're quick with snow removal. And in the summer time all the yards look really nice and well kept up.
