Anson Park I & II

Tried to move back into these apartments because yes they are nice. When moved out I only left a small dresser which I know was going to be $50 for the maintenance man to move out. I never leave my unit a mess nor dirty. I had compliments about my apt. Being the cleanest when I was there. No damages or anything. And I also paid for a copy off my mailbox key and apt. Key which I never received due to their machine being broke. And they knew about it before my lease was up. So I knew I was gonna get charged for that which it wasn't much. So from my understanding the keys and the dresser would be on my credit. Soooooooo now they are telling me I owe a balance of $4,000 🤔 smh how though. I called there debt collector and they took do my new info I was asking why am I being charged SOOOO much

New ownership is doing a ton to fix up the property. They have already restored the old daycare and have done about 100 work orders in the first few weeks. Very responsive and very kind

I lived here a few years back and they were clean and spacious. I actually loved mine. There was no infestation. However, 2 years in a row the plumbing upstairs broke and flooded into our apartment. The second time we lost more items. When I asked if we could end our lease early (3months) because all the mold and the water coming through the light bulb sockets the manager said "No," we have to live in there while they fix it, it was devastating. We were paying $895 and my kids were coughing all night as you could smell the mold. There was no discount in rent or offer to be moved elsewhere. I was shocked. We had to leave due to health issues. My grandmother has been living at Anson Apartments for almost a year. She couldn’t be happier with her experience. From the moment she moved in Erica, Colton and maintenance teams have been professional, responsive, and genuinely friendly. Any maintenance requests she submitted have been handled quickly—usually within 24 hours. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Parking is always available, and the community feels safe and quiet. Another big bonus is the location. It’s conveniently close to shops, and public transit, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Overall, I highly recommend Anson Apartment Complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home. It’s been one of the best rental experiences for my nana!

We haven't moved in yet but the assistant manager Cassie has been absolutely fantastic! She got our application through quickly and has just been such a sweet person to work with! Cassie gave my boys little toys to play with and coloring stuff to color pictures that she put on her wall. The Manager Amanda has also been great! She was so sweet to my boys, got them snacks and interacted with them. This whole process has been made so easy and not stressful at all. Thank you! We can't wait to move in!
