Ivan recently helped with a maintenance issue in our unit and was extremely kind and patient while answering questions from my family. He was efficient, thorough, and made sure everything was handled properly before he left. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and takes pride in his work. Definitely one of the best maintenance professionals we’ve had here!

I shouldn’t have to come into the office fussing and cussing to motivate someone to do their job, but it got Amanda Talford (Property Manager) to finally reach out to the appropriate team concerning overcharges. Amounts for washer/dryer (8/2024 & 8/2025) and rent (2020-2021) where credited within 3 business days. Now follow up as before, in the same manner, by forwarding my message and supporting documents to the appropriate team for review concerning rental insurance charges (4/2022- 11/2025, $630.29) and trash charges (3/2021-8/2021, $43.59) so this matter can be resolved. I have contacted both Property Manager & Regional Manager and submitted supporting documents through email, visited, the office, and called numerous times for months. I’m not accepting statements from your front office

My Grandma had an issue with her kitchen sink and I was not in town to check it out myself. I called the office and spoke with Amanda and she had Maintenance over in a timely manner! Grandma said Ivan (the maintenance guy) was very happy to help! Thank you for making Grandma feel comfortable in her living establishment!

My mom lives here and we have had the best experience especially with the maintenance guy Ivan. Any time something happens he comes out quickly to fix the issue and is respectful. Amanda Talford has been a pleasure to work with. She is willing to help get things corrected in a timely manner. These two make my mom's living experience better. Thank you, Ivan and Amanda.

Phenomenal staff, clean apartments and top tier maintenance. I’ve never had any issues with this place. Ivan has always quickly taken care of any maintenance requests I’ve put in. Phoenix has always answered any questions I’ve had. Recommend this apartment to anyone in the Charlotte area looking! 10/10 Safe, affordable, great location.
