ANOVA Central Station

Important Clarification: Anova Central Station Is NOT Placemakr, and I Absolutely Love Living Here! I am posting this because there is a one-star review below from Roberto that was accidentally placed under Anova Central Station. His stay was with Placemakr Downtown Phoenix, which is a completely separate short-term rental company. Anova Central Station and Placemakr share the same address, but they are not the same property ownership, not the same management, and not the same experience. We had a problem with our room and Rashad seriously helped us out with our problem. He was very quick and he got things resolved for us very quickly. I recommend this stay to anybody looking to have a good experience.

Unable to find a hotel for my convention I decided to book this hotel unfortunately there is no support whether it’s room change or getting towels. The water was rusty a lot of dust in the room and there’s no phone number to talk to anyone. You basically have to check yourself in And there’s no one at the front desk. They only go there to meet you and demand that you tell them when you need to check in and you need to check in a certain hour or else you’ll lose your reservation – unreal it’s paid for what do they care for from there or not?
