This is the worst home builder by far. No sort of structure, I visited one of the homes and agents are buying up the lots themselves and gauging the prices trying to resell it to the clients to make a profit off of the lots. Online, Stanley Martin have no homes for sale, in addition to no customer service on site or even on the phone.
We cannot wait to move in our new home. Will is a great salesman. Ask for him. He’s genuinely nice and helpful in many ways. Great build quality as well!
Awesome place and a great sales team and builders. It’s so popular with everyone.
Didn't like the floorplans, backyard is just for saying no trees and very less outdoor space
