Ann Marie helped me find my dream home in The Villages. I arrived knowing nearly nothing, and working with her I grew to understand the geography and subtle differences in the many micro-neighborhoods that exist. She helped me pan for gold and find the place I ultimately purchased. Ultimately she took the time to understand what I wanted, went out of her way to find it for me, and then prodded some serious butt to help me get it.
