Just moved out of ANKR. Over priced and rude management. I started off renting there in January 2025 and then moved into a different unit in October on the property. 5 months has gone by since I moved out of the original unit and still had access to be able to get into the unit with other tenants in there talk about a major security issue. I have now finally moved out of that property and didn’t return their keys to the office instead I left them on the kitchen counter apparently that’s not part of the process so they charged me an extra day for rent. Their property manager Camila lerguia is probably the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. The fact that company employees someone that acts like that is concerning. I recently visited Gables Wilton Park to catch up with a friend over drinks and was pleasantly surprised to discover a Level 2 AC EV charging station on-site. The charging setup includes two Blink chargers, each delivering up to 7.5 kW of continuous power. 3/28/23 Employees are still parking in retail spots every day. So much for keeping your word that they’ve been told not to park there. There are many things to complain about in regards to this complex. My complaint is that there are limited number of parking spots available for retail use. The 2 maintenance guys both park in retail spots for 8+ hours per day, then also park the golf carts in the retail spots as well. If for some reason they cant park in those spots, one of the guys parks in a handicap spot for 8 hours a day. One of the guys sits in his car for hours at a time with the a/c running. Gables Wilton Park in Wilton Manors, Florida is a hidden gem! The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-designed. The community amenities, including the fitness center, are excellent. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining. The management team is friendly and responsive. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend Gables Wilton Park for those seeking a comfortable and convenient place to live! It’s expensive but it’s worth it.
