My parents live here they love it I really like how much they like it since they retired and move down this place some of the neighbors are a little bit stuck up and best way I can describe it is a whole lot of Karen's but other than those few jerks honestly the place is super clean really cute and I love all the character of the place has I'm glad my parents found a place they could call home after retirement

My parents bought a trailer here for them to retire to starting this past year...I love it & the atmosphere of the neighborhood! It's definitely a win in my kids books! Here's so pictures from our visit on Christmas & some from this past summer! 10/10 would recommend this neighborhood!

I lived in Angola Beach & Estates for eight years before relocating. The community has a lot of potential, but its management is limited by corporate ownership, which affects the overall appearance, atmosphere, and upkeep. While there are several amenities available, many are aging and frequently experience issues. Lot rent is on the higher side and continues to rise annually, yet noticeable improvements are lacking and amenities cost extra. Water shutoffs due to repairs on old infrastructure happen regularly, often with little to no notice. There are definitely some wonderful, caring residents here, but if you're looking for a place that offers a strong sense of ownership and investment, you may want to explore other options.

I have lived here for 15 years... In that time my lot rent for my home has gone from $425.00 a month to $785.00 ...
