The grounds are unkempt, limited parking, hugh dead tree in the front, lots of drug addicts, drug dealing, theives, fighting and police activity due to this. The apartments are not up-to-date and filthy as you can see from the photos. There is no laundry mat. The place is full of cock roaches and mice. The crawl space under the apts is open and cats and other critters get in there and some die. It is a slum. The rent is horribly high as is the water bill. I recommend that it be torn down and a new apt complex be built.
Wonderful place to live with a wonderful landlord!
