Anatole at City View

I’ve had a great experience living at Anatole at City View, specifically in Building 12. I live in a one-bedroom apartment, and it has been comfortable, well-maintained, and a great place to call home. The maintenance team is one of the best parts of living here. They are quick to respond, professional, and always do a great job fixing any issues. It’s reassuring to know that maintenance requests are handled efficiently and with care. The office staff is also wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or help with anything that comes up. They truly make residents feel welcomed and valued. I love living here. The staff, everyone from maintenance to office staff are great. Very kind and helpful. They get things taken care of quick. The communication is awesome as well. I also love that they have little she dogs for all the residents and our families.

I recently moved in to one of the one bedroom apartments here. I’ve been really happy with the experience so far, the office staff in front are so nice and easy to talk to! My apartment has so much closet space and way bigger than my last apt for the pricing, and the washer and dryers in unit help a lot.

I lived at Anatole for 3 years. The apartments themselves are nice and comfortable, and the location is great. It’s away from the campus chaos while still being close to stores and easy to get to most places within about 15 minutes. Management was inconsistent overall; the first owners were difficult to work with, and appliance repairs often made issues worse. The second management company (current people) were friendlier but slow to respond and poor with communication. Maintenance would sometimes show up without notice, and requests were marked resolved without updates. We also dealt with occasional noise issues, a malfunctioning garage door, and the inconvenience of mailboxes and dumpsters being far from our unit. Overall, it’s a decent place to live if you don’t mind slow responses

Maintenance man is very nice. I work from home on the phone a lot. He was very mindful of that at all times. He also took the time to pet my pups and make friends with them so they wouldn’t bark at him.
