The Amrep Southwest team is among the most professional real estate companies in the southwest,. My dealings with Amrep Southwest were excellent. Their team is very thorough. Communication was excellent through out the entire transaction. You can tell that they want to do everything right which is a breath of fresh air in this business. I look forward to doing more business with the Amrep Southwest team in the near future.

The building was nice looking, clean & all. Covid 19 has sure taken its toll. Several of the offices were empty. Once covid is less of a distraction to all or us. I believe people will come back and will be 'normal'~the new normal. The AMREP building has been here for many years and I'm sure it will stay here for many more. Rio Rancho(in this area) is just beginning to grow so I think this building will be one of those central point buildings everyone knows.

I'm giving this company a bad rating because of the nonsense they created in Rio rancho estates by drawing the lines the way they did.
