AMLI Westside

My stay at AMLI Westside has been great. The location is perfect for being near a lot of restaurants and shops. I walk around the area all the time and feel safe. The couple of maintenance issues I've had were addressed in a timely manner and fixed. On my original tour months ago, Areii was super informative, attentive, and welcoming throughout the process. After moving in, she's continued to be all those things and has handled anything that's come up super well. Her and Fatu always take the time to chat and genuinely connect with the residents. The community events are consistent and things that are actually interesting to participate in. It's been a great way of meeting others throughout the complex. Overall, it's been great staying here!

I’d like to take an opportunity to call out An excellent employee/potential resident experience. India is fantastic! This past weekend, I toured multiple units and had a ton of questions because I’m looking to move into a place in January. India was warm, professional, present, communicative, knowledgeable, great follow up, and just a delight to be around. I can tell that she’s not only excellent at her job, but she enjoys doing it and I can’t wait to be A resident at the west side location. Give that girl a raise because she is very effective/good at her job and very hard-working.

Eric the maintenance technician came out to fix an issue I had with my HVAC system today. He was extremely professional, personable, and effective. He ran into a road block with the repair and offered different temporary solutions and plans until a permanent fixed could be solved. Nothing but great things to say about Amli Westside’s Maintenace team. Thank you

Overall, Amli Westside is a decent place to live, but recent issues with the parking garage gate raise serious concerns. For well over a month , the exit gate has been broken with minimal and repetitive communication, mostly saying they were "waiting for a part." which supposedly took about a month to arrive. The day the gate was finally "fixed" just a few days prior to Christmas, it became inoperable again by the next day, and now it appears we'll be going into 2026 with an unsecured parking garage that has effectively been open since around November 25, possibly a few days even before that date. Waiting nearly a month for a single part from one vendor feels questionable, especially when there are typically alternative backup vendors that can be used to avoid this kind of prolonged outag

Had an amazing experience staying at AMLI Westside over the Summer! Fatu and Areii were very friendly and helpful! Breath of fresh air. Convenient location. Shops and entertainment right at your fingertips!
