AMLI Parkside

Had a wonderful tour with Nala this afternoon! She did a great job walking through amenities and fees with transparency and ways to making the process manageable. My apartment search is still a work in progress but Parkside should be a contender for anyone looking in O4W.

The amount of BUGS, especially roaches and stink bugs, that have entered my apartment that is extremely clean and on the top 6th floor is ridiculous! All they can say is “it’s that time of year, it’s the location, it’s normal”. I am so over it and will not sign my lease again. No money off rent to compensate ant all!

I've been at AMLI Parkside for almost two months, but it's been a solid experience so far. Very convenient to the beltline, and it's a safe community. The office staff are always helpful and pleasant. Nala has been great in patiently answering my various questions as I get more familiar with the community. Marco from the maintenance team is fantastic and has been prompt, knowledgeable about the nuances of the units, and always comes with positive energy. I looked at several properties in the area before settling on AMLI Parkside, but so far, so good.

Love Amli Parkside! Olivia is the BEST!!!!! She's so incredibly helpful and really cares about the residents. She's made the whole experience amazing. It's also an amazing complex! I've lived here almost 2 years and don't plan to leave! Perfectly located near the beltline, delicious restaurants, a cutie little park, a few dog parks in walking distance so you can find what works best for your pup, and so much more. Also great for escaping evil spirits because the hallways are so confusing that they'll never be able to find you 🫶

Best apartment experience I’v ever had. The office and staff are always very helpful. Olivia , in the office, always brings us joy with her positivity and is always taking care of our request right away. I see the maintenance team on top of things every day. Omar and the whole team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We have security on the premises at night and trash pickup right at outside our door. We are so happy to be a part of this lovely community.
