My microwave and dishwasher weren’t working and I put in a work order. The very next day Fidel came and fixed everything. Not only did he clean our dishwasher drain and replace the fan, but he also replaced the whole microwave! Amazing service. I came home while Fidel was working, exceptionally kind and helpful. He was also very respectful of my apartment and overall space!

I really liked this place when I moved here in 2024. The location is great. Maintenance is solid and the cleaning staff is amazing. My issue is with whoever is handling their books and decided to send me an invoice almost a year after a self-reported incident on the property and the haphazard design of the un-secure parking garage. Back in March of last year a guest and I were pulling out of the garage exit on Cedar. As the garage door opened someone who had been sitting in their car waiting darted inside, cutting us off while making a left to go up to the upper levels of the structure. That forced my guest to adjust her angle inward to make our exit. People waiting outside of the gate in their cars for a chance to get in isn’t uncommon. I’ve lived at a number of AMLI properties, mostly in the Midwest then in the Pacific Northwest, always with the same great amenities, great people and great service. AMLI Park Broadway meets or exceeds all of those standards. We were only there for a few months, but the staff (especially Nicole) made the complex feel like home. If this property were a condominium, we’d be the first in line to buy a unit.

I've been living at AMLI for about 2 1/2 months now and I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home. Right from the application process the staff here have been incredibly welcoming. Be sure to ask for Alex in the leasing office. She was very helpful in helping me apply. The amenities are what really sold it! We have a parcel room that ensures our packages are secure, a gym, a rooftop pizza grill, dart boards, and a heated pool. Daisy from the custodial staff is also cheerful and pleasant to bump into every now and then. I can see myself living here for the foreseeable future!
