Nicholas was absolutely amazing to work with. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the community and the leasing process. He went over and beyond the call of duty to show me multiple apartment homes. I am incredibly picky about my place of residence and needed to see several items within the community. He patiently gave me a tour to all amenities and to view multiple floorpans within the gorgeous community. Nicholas, thank you for taking the time to show me around. You were by far the best property management professional I worked with and believe I saw many communities. Amli Decatur maintenance team is stellar! They came to our apartment within 15 minutes and resolved the issue quickly. He even came back the next day to make sure everything was ok.

Amli bought and proceeded to block off the land with the only public car charger in town on it. If you live in a non corporate apartment and drive an EV, AMLI single-handedly took away your ability to charge your car. The only other place in town with a charger is a pricey, paid parking deck. It’s absolutely infuriating that one company’s business portfolio is more important than the people who live and work here.

Our family has been living at AMLI Decatur since last summer and we have had a wonderful experience here. We have met a lot of friendly neighbors here and the staff have been very professional and polite. From the beginning, the staff explained every step of the process of getting a lease and moving in. Whenever we have run into any challenges, the staff have tried their best to help us out. Their commitment to quick service requests is serious. They respond in a timely manner and try the best to address our service issue both in the short term and if it requires more work they give us a specific plan of action for the long-term solutions. I love my community! The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance staff are very friendly and respectful. My unit is fantastic. The amount of the rent is a challenge with me coming from a state that has set rate and doesn’t charge based on market fluctuations. But that doesn’t weigh anything negative against those working for AMLI Decatur.
