Awful management, LOUD noise 24/7, don’t loose your time and money on this place. + Crime Rates (Look at attached photos and videos) ———————————————————————— Update after response: All of the doors are opened with an app on your phone (everyone hates it), the garage door is usually open for a couple of hours or even 1-3 days in a row. So the whole “gated community” is partially true as anyone trying to enter any door has a 50% + chance of finding them open. Also, a lot of doors are held with rocks to stay open for everyone so there goes your “safe” community. I absolutely love this place! The amenities are fantastic! But what I truly appreciate the most is Fernando, our maintenance guy. He’s incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I’ve never had to wait more than half a day to get something fixed! I highly recommend this community. 💛 This is my living room view which I love ❤️

I’ve lived here on two different occasions. For 2 years when they were new and some years later I moved back. Been here about 6 consecutive years now. Service is always wonderful!! Recently, Fernando came by to fix some things and he was quick, efficient and kind. He also made sure to check a couple of other things on the way out just to make sure I didn’t have any other issues. The entire service staff is great, though. I have no other real qualms other than the way pricing works at renewal time and the resident events are not at all what they used to be. I was once quoted $100 more for my current unit than a listing that was 2 doors down from me, same view, same floor plan, same everything and the only real explanation that was given is that the prices are based on lots of variables such

Got to give good reviews when you have good things to say. This was prompted by interactions specifically with Fernando on the maintenance team. He is the best! Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours, and he is efficient and super friendly. I don't want to be misleading by posting about maintenance; the buildings are continuously maintained. My items were for hooking up the new washer and dryer when moving in, and a quick garbage disposal item. Haven't had a negative experience with anyone on the staff here. I am newer to the complex, but so far I am enjoying my choice. The skybox, workspace, and gym amenities are a major win for me, as I work from home.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to Fernando for his prompt and efficient support with the dishwasher issue at our Apartment. Your attention to detail, friendly attitude, and commitment to resolving the problem quickly did not go unnoticed. Thank you for your excellent service.
