Amity Orchards

Last year I was looking for a home, and I really liked the appearance of the new Amity Orchard apartments. I did meet with management several times and took a inside tour of the apartments. It was perfect. I truly found my home. Management team is respectful and professional. The maintenance team is great. There has been new things that make it even more desirable. I strongly recommend Amity Orchard as a home for seniors like me. It is also great for families and all who are looking for a place to call home.

not disabled friendly, unsupervised kids, racism, food and trash everywhere in building 2. Management hardly in office or hard to find anyone available. Only good thing about this place was the kind maintenance. Left as soon as possible due to discrimination against autistic toddler, and neighbor harassment. Not to mention consistent police activity due to constant disputes within other apartments. Not the safest feeling.

The apartments are clean, beautiful, and brand new, with AC in every room — which I love! A couple of the ladies in the office could be more helpful, but overall the experience has been good. I especially want to mention the manager, Cameron — he is very respectful, professional, and always willing to help. He truly made my move-in experience smooth and stress-free.

It was the most amazing apartment experience I've ever had; the building is beautiful, the neighbors were amazing, the leasing office worked at lightning speed. If only Tri-met serviced the area!

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with the leasing team at Amity Orchard Apartments. First, when I applied for a three-bedroom unit, they called me more than 10 times to request unnecessary corrections to my application and documents—most of which I had already submitted. It was a complete waste of time. Second, they advertise the apartments as "affordable," but in reality, the rent is higher than many non-affordable units in the area. Third, they accept as many applications as possible for the same unit at the same time, then choose whichever applicant they prefer. The process feels discriminatory and unfair.
