I have been with a AMG for six years I believe, and they were the best management group ever I never went without. They were always on point always replied to me back promptly. THEY EVEN WROTE A LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION THAT I NEEDED!!! I used to be a landlord and I have to say I will 100% turn my properties over to AMG!!!! I had the best run ever here!!! I definitely miss it sometimes but good thing my niece took it over so she can have good peaceful memories there!

I reached out to AMG on a Saturday to view a house that I had found on indeed. Peter responded promptly and I was able to tour house same day. After viewing the home and deciding to apply, he worked quickly to get over the application & then once he received the application from me, he processed it same day. Although my credit had some hiccups, he worked with me to come to a solution so that I could get into the home. On top of that there was flexibility with the move in date! All in all the process from touring the home to getting lease signed and funds paid was a smooth and easy process! Will update closer to end of lease to tell everyone about my overall experience. As of now, I would recommend AMG!!

if I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. First off I ran it from this company for two years. There is termites in the house and there was a leaky roof in the house that never got fixed. The company tried their best to make things happen but apparently they are just the middleman and they do everything. The homeowner says so I guess it has to get approved first. I lived in this house for two years. I deep clean when I left. There was no holes in the wall, there was no writing on the wall. There was no inspection checklist done when I moved in, but I took pictures and I made sure when I left. I took pictures and videos. They have the nerve to send me a bill for $150 telling me that they had to paint and it was discounted due to known paint issues and that the homeowner had the ri

Any time I had a question or needed help, they responded quickly and took care of things right away. The properties they manage are always clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty, organization, and great customer service. I highly recommend AMG Realty to anyone looking for reliable property management!

I’ve had an awesome experience with AMG Realty! The team is super responsive and easy to work with. Anytime I had a question or needed something fixed, they were on it right away.
