When I moved in two years ago I wrote a review and gave them 4 stars. Well, two years later and here we are. The “communication” lasted for a few months before their laziness took over. They receive all maintenance requests via an app and once it’s received, you NEVER hear back. They supposedly reach out to the techs and expect them to communicate with the tenant and the techs NEVER reach out. So then you go and text the property mgmt and they make it seem like an inconvenience that you texted even though the number listed online is the number you text. They expect the tenant to do everything and they do the bare minimum. They want to inspect the property before the lease agreement ends and I texted them with a time frame. Requested to schedule a tour to see the layout of a town home rental property and was told no they don't show rental properties to people who aren't ready to rent right away. I have to give a 60 day notice to my current apartment and would like to know what type of layout, condition, overall feel of the rental property to make sure it would be a good fit my family to finalize our decision on where we would be moving to. I explained this to the realtor and was still told no. Isn't that your job? To show properties? Should I have just said we were ready to move in?! Rude customer service. Interaction was with Maggie with Amerivision Properties.

Do not rent from these people. I views the property and it was nice but still needed to be cleaned , they said they would but when I moved in they still left trash in the yard dirt on surfaces and clothes in one of the dressers.. The house I am in has had many issues and not floor is starting to sag and they refuse to give me an answer as to when it will be fixed and will not return my calls. They said I could move out but only if I let them show the house wile I’m still living it and won’t give it to me I’m writing that I will get my deposit back. Now they will not answer my calls.

This is the worst Realtor/ Person "Rodrigo Gonzalez" I've ever dealt with; Lazy, Sloppy with his work. Waits to the last minute to give you information or blames someone else for not giving you all the details. His tactics are to entrap you with last minute details/lease agreement so you have no other choice but accepting the terms. NOT. If you're using a finders realtor he will blame them for not giving you all the information. I only had a realtor "searching" for property, all information I spoke directly to "Rodrigo" himself, yet he wants to put the blame on them. NO!! This is the WORST company to rent from! They are all about money and do not care about tenants! They are unprofessional, and do not keep their units/apartments up. They treat tenants that pay their rent on time with ZERO respect!
